"Consumer Services" "Hi, this is Jennifer" low interest rate services for credit card liabilities. Many, many calls from them over the weeks and months. When confronted about the calls, they hang up. They obviously know they are making illegal phone calls. Time for this to stop. Comes up as unknown name on caller ID.
