Stated that I was eligible to lower the interest rate on my credit card. Said to press 1 if I wanted to or to press 9 to be removed from their list. I pressed 1 to get a live person. I asked who I was speaking with and the woman said "Card Services". I asked "Where did you get my phone number?" I was then hung up on.
