Keeps calling 3 times in an hour and calls more than 10 times a day

They call continously seven days a week starting at 7 am ending at 10pm. Even after payment is made they continue to call and they are madt

Numerous calls, no message. Credit One Bank. In four hours, I have received 16 calls from them. No messages left. When I searched the different numbers they use, they all have complaints. I tried calling the customer service number written on their statement and it hangs up on me!
