The recording said something about having my credit card refinanced or the rate lowered. I don't have a credit card.

This was a 'second notice' that by pressing 1 and speaking to a live operator that they could lower the interest rate on my credit cards.

A male on the other line called and said that they wanted to lower my credit card interest rates, and when I asked to immediately be put on their Do-Not-Call List, they were obscene and said vulgar things, such as "I cannot hear you, do you have meat/cock in your mouth?" and "I can't hear you, are you double penetrated right now?" They pretended that they could not hear me and the vulgarities became more obscene the more I asked to be put on a Do-Not-Call list. The next question asks if I have had calls from this person before, and I think that I possibly have. I have come home to pre-recorded voice messages on my phone that I think may be from this person.
