This particular message indicted that this is my second and final notice to lower the interest rate on my credit card. I receive this call all the time and even when I've talked to someone and said to quit calling I still get the calls. I'm on the no call list too. I don't even know what credit card this is for? They have never told me.

Scam artist here--the usual crap about lowering interest rates! When I tried to call back,
the response was that the original call was a hoax, that the police should be notified.
The original voice was that of the same criminal!

"2nd and final chance to reduce your credit card charges." At least once every couple of weeks for at least the last year, I get this robocall w/ invitation to dial "2" for more info. For the first time today, I did so, hoping to ask to be put on their "do not call" list. A real person, apparently mother-tongue English speaker, answered promptly. I asked simply, "What financial institution do you represent?" and the caller HUNG UP immediately. This appears to be a well-designed scam to obtain confidential credit card info from unsuspecting people. If so, this operation need to be identified and shut down.
