Has texted twice in two months, asking if I am the owner of a particular property. Claims not to remember the first time. Says name is "Will" is from a neighboring state and interested in possibly buying the house, which is currently off market.

Won't call me directly or the phone number I gave them. Instead, keeps asking questions via text which sound like phishing activity. I also get disconnected when trying to call the number directly.
