Called me today regarding tax audit/ tax fraud, IRS sued me, want me to pay $15,671, check phone # was scam.

Just got this call; she said she was from IRS and I was being sued for tax evasion. She wanted the phone number of my lawyer. I told her I wasn't interested and she hung up.

Just got a call from these scammers. They asked to speak to my husband. I asked who was calling. She gave me a name and said she was from the IRS. I immediately knew it was a scam. Very thick Indian accent. I said "Sure you are. We don't fall for this scam crap." She said "Shut up you stupid b****." She didn't let me finish my response to that before hanging up. Once they are called out, they become very abusive.

Fake IRS call, told him I was recording the call and he hung up. He had very broken English.

Call came from Anderson, SC. Didn't answer. IRS will never call you. If they do, it's a scam. They will only contact you by mail if there is a problem.
