This is a computer-generated telephone number which is created by copying your area code and prefix then substituting any four digits it can to get the final number.
This is to trick you into thinking it is some local caller trying to reach you but when you pick up it is some internet Pharmacy trying to sell drugs. Since these numbers are specially designed based on your number they will get past call control and other community based networks that rely upon a large number of people reporting the same number. Beware!
