I had almost the exact same situation as Erin. They called and asked to speak to the owner or co-owner of the business and I told her he was busy seeing patients and she just said "ok" and hung up. They have called a few times before and just hung up when I answered.

Caller ID shows Future Paytech. I assume this is a credit card processing company. When told that they could not speak with the owner, as he sees patients until after 5 pm. I was rudely hung up on.
