It's a lady calling to discuss home owners association violations with your home. I've not ever own a home nor rented one in a hoa area. I don't even live in TN I live in Jackson Ms just still have my number where I use to live in TN. I've gotten calls from this number and three other numbers with her just changing the last number. I did research and it's going from a land-line phone system from the same location/address with the bellsouth telephone company for Townsend TN this lady must have at least 5 phone in her house doing this. She's stupid tho cause the telephone number are almost consecutively running in order. Lol.
