Reduce my credit card interest rate. Below ref.#5 -get several a day with different numbers.

Offer to lower my interest rate on my credit cards.
Message stated I could lower my credit card interest rate if I would press 1. I did so, and another person started talking (maybe a recording) and then the call abruuptly cut off. The reason I pressed 1 was I wanted to ask their business name, but I never got the opportunity.
