I also recieved a call from Grant Director. The man spoke with a Indian accent, he gave me his ID# NAD852. I was supposed to ge an e-mail giving me access to a website, but never recieved a correspondance at all. He was calling from a 1-866-203-6207 number. My card was charged $2.97 but after getting off the phone with him a had a very bad feeling and then cancelled the card before any more charges were made.
