They left a message today [ 8/11/15] on my answering machine from a Joe Rizzle. Claimed he has documentation that was returned to his office as undeliverable and no signature obtained. Was told to " call back before decisions are made without your knowledge". -- No name of the person he was trying to contact was given.

SNAKES in the grass. I actually did have a payday loan way back in the day. Paid it back several times over and they kept taking money from my checking account saying because I failed to disclose the terms of payment, all payments I made were interest and penalties. I told them to take me to court. I can prove that I paid way more than was merited.

I keep getting these calls too. I have never had a pay day loan. This needs to stop. They have been harassing my husbands cell phone number.

Called us and said we were being sued. Even had my husbands SS number. Names they used were Joe Rizzel, Chris Carter, Mike Miller. When they couldn't give me a company name or address I turned the tables and started calling them over and over and over again. Then I submitted them to the federal id theft department. Cause having our SS number without us giving it to them is illegal.

left message about documents being returned, claim we put a stop payment on a payday loan back in 2011. NEVER happened . What is disturbing is they have my husbands ss # we did not give it to them. caller was a man named Collin
