They work with Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield. If you sit through a health assessment with them on the phone it makes your premiums less. No one in your doctor's office sold your name to anyone. They aren't spam and if you tell them not to call again they won't.

They work with your insurance, they have a program that offers you to speak to a Nurse via phone of any concerns you may have. They aren't spam just a service they provide, if you aren't interested they will not call again.

Called 11/15/13 at 8:05 PM EST. Asked to speak to me.(my name 's not exactly out there in public view.)

NOBODY I don't recognize gets further till they tell me WTF they are and WTF they are calling in behalf of. I stood they young lad up. He apologized, backed up introduced himself and claimed his company "Adaptive Health Advantage" partners w/ Aetna Health Care and they are assigning a nurse to my case to "maximize" my health care. So far, so good... RIGHT?

Then he says "for training purposes... yada yada yada... we must record this conversation.

I said ***NO*** this call's OVER. He asked WHY? I said NOBODY E V E R records my voice unless I am paid WELL for it. He said,well I don't know how to shut off the recording. I said, SO YOU ARE ALREADY RECORDING??? He said, well I SUPPOSE WE ARE...

I advised him, I am on National Do Not Call Directory. NEVER EVER F****NG CALL ME AGAIN

Then I read all the complaints here and I was HAPPY I gave him the shaft!!!

Any more calls and they must provide my Aetna account # and an Aetna extension where they can be reached. Even then, I will be leery. Somebody at one of my physicians' offices must have SOLD them my NAME.
