They won't leave me alone either!!! I have tried several times to have them remove me from their list. The number that comes across my caller ID is 714-682-8391 perhaps that will help someone assist in putting these to a stop!!
This company called again this morning, after I called them several times yesterday asking them to stop calling (most of the time they just hang up on me).
New name "national debt services group". Same number and terrible call center.
I have tried calling Primus, the RespOrg responsible for this toll-free number. Primus no longer answers the phone when I call. I guess they don't like me either. Anyone who gets the voicemail for this 866 number should call Primus to complain - they can be reached at 800-899-1085.
This appears to be the newest number sold to the same company that has been trying this scam on us for over a year now. This number seems to go to the same call center as the following numbers:

They all offer to "reduce your credit card balance" and often claim in their voice messages to be offering a limited time offer.
I have found that all of these toll free numbers have to date been sold by the same company - ATL communications. Their website is at atlc.com and I highly recommend that anyone else receiving these calls sends an email to ATL to make your complaint known. I have contacted them numerous times and they have only been brushing my complaints aside; hopefully if more people will do the same they will start paying attention.

New information on the number 866-213-2125:
Turns out this number was not registered through ATL. I was able to obtain the RespOrg information on this number by calling the automated Ameritech line at 800-337-4194. Ameritech provided me with the number 800-899-1085, which I called to complain to.
The RespOrg is answered the phone as Primus, and told me they were based in Iowa. I have thus far not been able to find a company by that name in Iowa that offers RespOrg services. I have seen however, that the RespOrg code TIN01 corresponds to Primus (primustel.com) - the 866 number in question was registered by a RespOrg using code TIN08.
I called PRIMUS & the lady there said they did not know who the company that they sell the numbers to is, but would research it & that they had at least 3 calls about 866-213-2125 today alone, plus mine. How can you not know who you are leasing a product to? We also pushed higher up in our phone carrier(AT&T) for help with this & you will need to push because the front line reps want to blow you off to either extra blocking services they offer(for a fee) or to the do not call bureau, which has no human interaction, only the ability to add numbers to the do not call list & submit complaints. So knowing this...these companies can basicly harass at will.
Unsolicited caller which hangs up when called back. Some sort of debt reduction service or otherwise.
