They called and said that somone..(they didn't say who) had filed a complaint against me in 2004 and that before the law was going to be sent to my house to come find me..? I needed to give them my social security number

Called saying they were going to give my information to my local county for stolen goods, I've never answered they always leave a voicemail, I have no idea what this about, pretty sure it's a scam
