THEY CALLED MY PHONE SAYING THERE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS AND REFUNDING MY MONEY ASKED ME TO TURN ON MY COMPUTER AND THEY WILL CONNECT MY COMPUTER TO THE BILLING DEPARTMENT TO REFUND MY MONEY THERE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS HE'S CALLING INTERNATIONAL THERE THIEVES TRYING TO GET YOUR BANK INFORMATION SO THEY CAN KEEP STEELING FROM YOU AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE A DOLLAR YOU WILL SEE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT EMPTIED OUT SO DO NOT CALL THEM. windows and apple support, supposedly paid money for service, their company is shutting down calling to refund money. scam I did not call back.

We receive up to 5 calls a day. There has to be a way to stop this. We are on the no-call list, a lot of good that does. They say it if from apple support, always a recording trying to get you to call back.

Message left on phone said the Microsoft and Apple support company (Premium Technical Support) was going out of business and they want to refund your money for the service you purchased last year. Checked records for 15 years and there was never a service purchased from this company. Caller said they were located in New Jersey, when asked for a mailing address none was provided and music was played.

THEY WILL SAY THERE FROM TECHNICAL SUPPORT THEY ASK FOR YOUR IP ADDRESS AND SAYS WILL HAVE YOUR COMPUTER FIXED SHORTLY THEY GO INTO YOUR COMPUTER FIX IT SO YOU HAVE ALL THESE VIRUS'S PUT ON YOUR COMPUTER NOW THEY NEED ALL THIS MONEY TO FIX YOUR COMPUTER AND TAKE OUT ALL THE VIRUS'S BUT THEY DON'T THEY MAKE IT SO YOU CAN NOT USE YOUR COMPUTER AND THEY SAY NEED MORE MONEY DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR IP ADDRESS CHECKING ACCOUNT OR BANK CARDS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND BECAUSE THEY LOOK LIKE THERE CALLING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES THERE NOT LAST GUY THAT CALLED WAS FROM ASIA ALSO AFRICA DON'T BE FOOLED YOU CANT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.SCAMMERS THAT ACTUALLY GET AWAY WITH IT.
