Like others, message that power would be shut off in 30 minutes, and to call 866-217-8957 for the direct billing department.

Power company is NVEnergy in Nevada,
The number that called was a spoofed number from a local electrician.

Recorded message stating the call was from FP&L and that I needed to contact this number within 30 minutes or my power would be disconnected for non payment. FP&L account actually has a zero balance, did NOT call number back but reported to FP&L & local law enforcement.
