Same thing. Cigna Health Spring calling to talk to me about my drug plan. I've told them at least 7 times to stop calling me. Still Calling me.

Got three calls in a week from this number (866) 221-6859 and left no message. I called it back and the answering system said Cigna
Healthspring but no live person would answer. I gave up and blocked the number for the future.
