I also received the "final notice" letter (if ONLY it was actually the last time these scammers contacted me!) I've been getting a number of these scam letters and postcards that use predatory tactics and deceptive wording. I lodged a complaint with the BBB for one of them. Oddly, when I tried to call the number on this letter (after blocking my caller info) I keep getting a message that the number is no longer in service. Hmm... I wonder if it's because I blocked my call info. Either way, they're predatory. I can't even confirm that the alleged company AP USA even exists.

they call, mail, all with an attempt to make recipient believe it's (1) Honda, (2) not really an option. I no longer answer any calls i can't verify as legitimate

got notice about my new car and yes they know make year and model and thank God for your area's to check these things , because it is the same type of coverage i agreed to and a scary thinking maybe its not n force yet , so I googled the phone # and read all the others

This number didn't call, but sent a final notice letter in the mail. Our car is new and we've only had it 2 months. I called the dealership and asked if it was real. I was told they would never send mail or call about a warranty already included in the final sale paperwork. It's a scam. Don't fall for it. I would like to know where they get their info from though. They know my exact year/make/model, but no specific info.

Received Final Notice letter also. Phone number 1-866-224-8707 Letter said it was the "FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY" - Subaru 2019

Got a letter in mail saying FInal Notice (First time receiving it) for my 2017 nissan rouge. After carefully examining it, it doesnot have any details regarding my vehicle. I contacted dealer and he said Nissan will never send extended warranty letters in mail.

I got a letter in the mail today that read "Official Business Penalty for Private Use, $300, oh it read it was my "Final Notice". It's kinda funny because this was the first one I received. I hate getting scam letters in the mail especially with no return address only a phone number, 866-224-8707. I decided to look the number up first before calling due to we just bought a new truck and it's something how your information can get out there so fast. Wished I could track these scumbags down.

I get the same warranty letter as Gramma G. Laugh so hard when I see the heading "Official Business. Penalty for Private Use, $300" Also this is my 5th final notice. Essentially it is a bother but they keep doing it because somebody is probably responding.

I repeatedly get mailings from this place, no company name, no return address, 1-866-224-8707. Its an urgent "reminder" that my factory warranty has expired and I must call and confirm so they can cover me. The funny thing is, it names I car I have never owned and never will... The only identification is "all policies are through AP USA. How can I stop these mailings?

Caller: It was actually a mailing, asking me to call them.
