Called my phone 3 times today. I called the number on the back of my Fingerhut card to confirm the validity of the above number. I also checked my account online and my payment was processed and the automated recording also verified my payment. When I spoke with a representative she stated that the number is for system generated reminders about your bill. I was livid that they would be calling me on 8/4/20 regarding a payment due on 7/11/20 that was paid on 7/10/20. I opted out of the reminder calls and let them know that I do not want anymore calls like that. I do not need reminding and my bill gets paid every single month on time and has been since 2019. I've never been late. I spoke with a lady named Mae and it was obvious that she was not in the U.S. so I hope that she did as she said and removed the reminders.

A 3-year payment plan was recently completed in August of this year. I have a receipt proving the balance is zero and they-whatever turned out to be Fingerhut scammers. I have sent them some very tactful written statements stating I don't have any more business with them and have not signed any contract of payments and anything that comes in the mail is returned unopened. These people need to be medicated for sure.

I will be honest.. I fell behind on my payments, I was unable to make the minimum, I spoke to the rep almost 30 days ago... I am not kidding when I say... they have called me 172 times in the last 30 days.. I have reported their number to AT&T. I find this to be harassing to say the least! My phone keeps a call log! If it continues I will file an compliant!
