"fund raising" needs to realize that the vast VAST majority of people do *NOT* welcome these calls. It is absolutely ridiculous that they can get away with this crap, while hiding behind the "but we're a fundraiser" excuse.
If there was any way to entirely outlaw this type of operation, the vast VAST majority would immediately press the let's-do-it button.
