they started calling before 8am and call every hour. I didn't answer. I did just get a car loan from ally. the first payment isn't even late yet and they are already turning me over to a collector. that is nuts. I never got a payment book or even a letter to tell me where to make my payment.

Starting November 5th, this number would call me 3-4 times a day, sometimes it would leave voice mails from people you can't understand, other times nothing. Come to find out my bank (Ally) gave them my number harass me because they allowed me to skip payment, and they sent me a letter saying -I- had a late charge to pay. I called Ally and told them of such and how Nuvell kept calling me every day, and they said they would take care of it. However I called Nuvell back myself and twice they hung up on me when I mentioned Ally Bank. Third time I called them they told me I was late on a call I never owned in my life. Bad business between these two "companies".
