Just had 30.00 deducted from my bank account for no reason. Did not authorize.

Deducted $30 out of my account. I tried calling and was put on hold. Nobody every answered. I finally called the bank and they informed me that if you have ever applied for a cash advance there is small print that says that you authorize them to deduct this to help you find other cash advances. If this has happened to you call them and tell them you no longer need their services, or they will continually debit your account.

These people took money from my checking account 6-7. It is now 9-6, and I am STILL waiting for my refund. I had closed my original bank account, and requested a paper check. For 36 days, they told me it was on the way, etc. Finally, on day 37, a supervisor told me I could not HAVE a paper check. I then had to give them my new account information, and have been waiting for my refund since. I have advised them last week that they had until the end of business today to refund the money, or I would be filing a small claims suit against them. Upon my update call this morning, there is no new information, but they assure me .... The money will be there within 48 hours.

Please be cautious with these people. Record all agent ID numbers, log all calls, etc. This is all information you will need if you try and kind of law suit against them.

If anyone needs it, I have the companies name and address.

Had the same problem they took 30 told me would be 10-20 business days so I kept calling its 21 business days now and they tell me they don't know why its not through, but there cooprate offices would contact me via email. Some Bull S#!t if you ask me..

My checking account was charged 30.00 and I have never heard of these people. When I tried to call them noone ever answered.

THIS IS A SCAM. THEY ALSO CHARGE MY ACCT. BE AWARE. I NEED TO FIND OUT WHERE ELSE I CAN REPORT THIS COMPANY .

they also took $30 from my account did not know who they were and called to asked for my money back said it would be 5 to 10 days. Just saw that they called my cell phone the day before they took my money but I didn't answer.

I made an online inquiry about a loan and this company accessed my account and attempted to withdrawl 30.00 from my account. After realizing this I made a call to the number and they just answer customer service, with a recording.

FRAUD: MONEY WAS TAKING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I DON'T KNOW WHO THIS IS AND THEY WOULDN'T TELL ME WHAT COMPANY THIS WAS AND SAID THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT'S NOT A NAME OF A COMPANY.

One June 29, 2011 "PAYMENT ASSIST"-1-866-235-7681 WENT INTO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND TRIED TO DEBIT $30. THANK GOD BANK RETURNED WITHOUT PAYING. MADE BANK AWARE I HAD NO KNOWLEGE OF WHO THIS COMPANY WAS. I'M IN THE PROCESS OF MY BANK CREDITING ME BACK THE $34 RETURN FEE. INFORMED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL.

This customer care service for payday loan is a scam . they took 30 dollars out my account and i never had any business dealing with them... if this number comes up on cell or home phone disconnect right a way and call you bank. IT'S A SCAM
