I got a call on my CELL PHONE, but no one said anything and the call was disconnected after 3 seconds of silence. WTF?

Just a warning: Close all bank accounts...immediately. They will eventually nab you for at least $30...it is a scam based on payday loans! They told us it would be 10 - 20 business days before it is refunded...no matter we are going to the bank tonight to report it...and we moved what is left of our money! BE CAREFUL...
