Said there was a formal complaint and when she said to call back call number 866-246-0609. I also called 866-246-0606 twice, because that's the number she called me from, so when I called I got two different responses. The first time and was something about upgrading my Dish TV and the second time was upgrading to a mobile phone. When I called 866-246-0609 she said I owed $ from a previous loan back in 2008...DO NOT GIVE THEM $ to settle any $ that she says you owe, it's a SCAM.
