Calls at least once a day. Voice mail is 3 minutes long of phone ringing. Nothing else.

the number comes up on my cell phone, says "hello" in a recorded voice only after I've said "hello" a few times --- then it starts ringing and keeps ringing. It's never connected to anything, but it's annoying and I'm sure, linked to something scummy.
