866-251-2396 = caller id = none = gateway number for a variety of scams/spams = this time for Collect Corp, collection agency for AMX (American Express) = for someone I never heard of = maybe dyslectic company not writing down a proper number, but I'm betting on scam....what do you think?...ugh....
