Caller with a light Slavic or maybe Indian accent claimed to be from the Royal Bank of Canada. Asked for a person who goes by my birthname, which they got. I asked for what purpose they called, and they failed to answer, instead asking for $BIRTHNAME again. They also opened up with "How're you today?" To which I responded "I don't make smalltalk with strangers." They were unable to answer my question "For what purpose do you call?" which I ultimately shouted. They requested that I use manners in speaking to them - no. I ultimately hung up after a riproaring few seconds.
