I got a call from Linda Wilson about my federal student loan. the payment options have changed. I do not have a student loan. She told me to call 866-236-1414 and use reference number 404-xxx. I called the number and got a guy named Jake using option 3. As soon as I mention I was concerned someone was using my name to get a student loan, he hung up on me. I called a few more times using different options and got hung up on immediately. I called the number that Linda called from and got hung up then also. Anyone else have this problem?
