GC Services is the collection agency for my Credit One credit card. Once you bring your account to a current status they will no longer call you and all calls will be handled under the Credit One CSR. I find it strange that Credit One uses a diff company to call their customers on past due or overlimit accounts, but it is what it is. I worked as a Collections rep for 3 years. These annoying calls could be a part of a AUTO dialer and if they don't make contact for the day it continues to call. A nuisance indeed, but again it is what it is. Just pay your bills asap.
