i come to receive a call from them, 0.O

called not sure who it is. called about 8 am. once in a while I get calls that turn off my answer machine so it just keeps on ringing this is one of those calls.

This number belongs to FDR (Financial Debt Recovery) in Ontario. Calling my cell phone every second day. They are a legit company but I have no dealings with them. And how the hell did they get my cell phone number?

the caller doesn't say anything. Just hangs up.
