they call my wife about once a day...the first time the lady identified herself as a "stephanie" from "Wachovia Bank"..perhaps coincidentally, someone attempted to access my wife's account unsuccessfully. We have since closed her account at the bank since there wasn't much money in there anyway, but I still want to nab these scammers.

I get hang up calls everyday through out the day. How do I make a complaint? They never say anything just hang up
