Same Elizabeth Nelson, same reference number. If you call the 800 number, it sounds legitimate. While I called, I googled the number and found out it was a scam. I went through the call, gave my reference number and proceeded to see how it works. They are going to forgive my student loans, but needed to know household size and household income, etc. The respondent asked if it was Alan, obviously based on my called ID. My kids have student loans, but I graduated eons ago..
