My mom passed away nine months ago, and it was a financial struggle to grant her final wishes. For two months, I was unable to make payments. I contacted 1st Financial Bank USA to make arrangements, but they were unable to work with me. The representative suggested that I should ask around, or the full balance will go to collections. I refused to get evicted from my apartment, so I chose to pay my rent. The balance didn't go to collections and for eight months, I haven't heard from them. Now, I'm receiving harassing phone calls on a daily basis. I've already blocked their number and I don't see the point on making any kind of payment arrangements with these people. They're more than welcome to send the full balance to collections for all I care. Good riddance!!!
