A person who is actually a victim to fraud suffers the most by these calls. They will even call any other phone number associated with the individual until they get a hold of them. Some people say they even call people at work and at home and not only on the cell phone. These communications companies are recycling phone numbers, so people would not know that somebody else used to own the phone number you use now.
There is more than one staff that calls. Two of them starts with A and sounds like Anita or Alicia or Anisha. They are both rude and threaten the person who answers the calls.
They call to collect debts of all kinds even credit card and debt for fraud based on sources online. They can will do all kinds of searches to locate the one they are paid to go after even if the person they are seeking. Their only concern is to get the money back for the client. According to the sources they can call within a certain set of hours and they can even call daily and twice a day if they want, but they cannot call on weekends or before 8:30 and after 9pm.
If the call is not answered, they leave an automated message if you have voice mail. Another website calls it robocalling. It shows as a missed call if you do not answer.
Online lookup shows they are in USA, but you need to pay to see more details. If you do answer the call, they are very rude and threaten the receiver who answers th call.
