Called asking for my mother who has been dead for over 20 years!

called my number requesting to speak with a minor child, a person incapable of entering into a contract of any sort, refuse to mail a validation of debt to the address listed on the account. highly unethical and very illegal practices

This is a debt collection company that usually deals with medical bills that usually a hospital turns over to them to collect. They have several numbers they may call from and barely ethical. If you return their call DO NOT give them your social security # or driver license # and know your Federal Collection laws. It's been reported that sometimes the information they have is not accurate so if you have an unpaid medical bill you'd be better off dealing with the hospital or doctor you owe.
