Called my cell phone and didnt leave a message. Tried to call back but the line just rings.

I am not sure who the caller is. I am outside of the country and this number consistently calls me in the middle of the night when I am trying to sleep. I keep my phone active in case there is an emergency at home, not for some autodialer to run up my phone bill.

Called then hung up--I tried to call back but my call would repeatedly fail. That is when I went online to look the number up and found out who it was.
