These idiots don't even understand HOW a credit card works. That's the sad part.

If you had a problem with your card, you don't call Visa or MasterCard. They don't have ANYTHING to do with your card other than being the processor. Everything is handled thru the issuing bank.

Throw in the part about "Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express"... They might as well tell you they're calling from GM, Ford, Chrysler and Toyota financial services for your vehicle. It's totally idiotic.

Just a note, if you're even unsure of how legit these clowns are or aren't. Ask a simple question of them: Do you have a pen and paper handy to write this down? 100% guarantee they're bogus. No banking institution would allow a pen and paper in their call center, due to PCI compliance. If they were legit that would be instant grounds for termination.

Another Credit card services call about lowering my interest rate!! Yea,, right!! Darn Turds from India / Pakistan are nothing but crooks, which is being nice! Up to 10 calls a day from all different numbers! Today I waisted a bunch of this turds day by looking for my fake missing wallet, then asking my fake wife where she put it into her fake purse, then getting out my fake card to give him the fake expire time and the fake numbers!! At least I had fun, he didnt care for it very well!! They can realy swear in english good at times!! Do what to my momma?? Ha Be safe out there folks, and dont fall for this Scam

When I waste their time by using fake numbers, expiration date etc they get back at me by calling my house many times a day. The number is blocked but it still rings one time. They have called at 7:15 in the morning and as late as 8 PM. They have been calling me every day for over a year. I no longer make them mad. I just hang up.
