Stark Recovery. They called me regarding my nephew of whom I have no contact with. They said it is regarding a case pending litigation against him - debt collection - and gave me a case number for him to reference.

This number is a payday loan scam. You don't owe them any money. Put a fraud alert on your credit report with Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax and change your bank account number if they have it-they had mine! Also call and report them to the FTC, FBI, local police, etc.
