They identified themselves as Premium Assist. This is a scam company. They say they are calling on behalf of WellCare, and asked for personal information, social security number, date of birth, etc., I WellCare, and informed them about this caller. WellCare never heard of this company and are investigating it. PLEASE BEWARE PREMIUM ASSIST.
