This number is real. It is citizen bank, They are attempting to get money for a line of credit that was/is open. It may be a Credit Card. I received a call after missing a payment. They had been able to verify private information about the account. There is always a possibility of someone spoofing the caller ID so always verify who you are talking to. Or call Citizen's bank and ask to be transferred to the right account for credit related accounts.. They use your number linked with the account..

I work in Citizens Bank card fraud dept. We had a report of someone using this number. This is not a valid number for Citizens Bank. Do not give info to this number.

harassing calls every 5 minutes

These people call me everyday and ask for money. They refuse to send a bill or invoice or tell me why I owe the money. They threaten to never stop calling. They want a SS#. They want a electronic transfer of funds. They leave threatening messages about my fines escalating on my answering machine. I do not owe this maney and have never done any business with RBS/Citizens. They keep telling me they will never stop calling. They are giving me chest pain sometimes. I have had to take my phone off the hook every night before I go to bed because the calls start anytime after 8AM. These are bad people. HELP.
