Well legit or not, I have never had a Wal Mart card nor do I have any other credit cards. I admit I have had this phone number for about a year now, so maybe they are looking for someone who never changed their number with this creditor. As alot of people do not notify businesses when they change phone numbers. All I know is, I don't answer numbers I don't know, they did leave an automated message stating who they were, so I just block the number now. Don't care how many times they call. The following was the message that was left on my phone.

The phone number that showed up as to where the call came from was 678-518-2156...

Ive received three calls in two days. I know who they are Wal-Mart harassing me about my months payments. I have Bill pay though my bank each month the receive the minimum payment of $25. Now all of sudden they want $50. I know my rights. For years paying $25 now want more. Not going to happen!!!

This is Wal Mart Discovery card calling you about a late payment. They will call if you are one day late and start calling from 8 AM until late at night.

I called and reported my card missing, made the payment over the telephone at 3Pm (CST)
recived a comfrimation number about both the lost card and payment and still recieved a call
at 8:10 pm with the same call and hang up

Received incoming call from 866-314-9507 today. English-speaking man came on the line and asked to speak with a "Tammy S. Alaliey". I asked him to spell the person's name. Then I asked him where he got my telephone number from (I have had my phone number for over 9 years). He answered, "I can't give you that information." To which I then asked him why his company "robocalls" telephone numbers looking for particular persons since I have had this phone number for over 9 years and I didn't know who "Tammy S. Alaliey" was, my number is on the American "Do Not Call List" and I demanded his company STOP CALLING MY NUMBER !!! The man replied that he would "take my number out of their system" and claimed the calls would stop. Man REFUSED to identify his company and told him his refusal was a violation of US federal law. As for "Tammy S. Alaliey," I hope you get arrested and incarcerated for using other people's telephone numbers to avoid paying your bills, B***H !!!!!
