I was left a message with a call back # stating it was Staples. I just called staples # from there website because we have a business account and they checked the name and she isn't associated with Staples! DO NOT CALL this number back it is a SCAM!! I did not have an upgrade available nor any notes on my account that anyone called from Staples. The number they left was 866-319-8181 ext 7625
