Same as others. Voicemail said I need to call about my prescriptions. Oddly, the incoming number is a TV station in Helena, Montana!
Just got the call from them. I see from past comments this is a scam. My Nomorobo blocked this call, so I never answered it, but it's from the same place, CPS. Guess they're still in the business of scamming people. With the Repukes running things in this country, don't think anybody will do anything about it. They won't. Just like they won't do anything about Dufus Dumbty, the fake President. Just block the number and never, ever even answer it. 5/29/2018
She said she was calling from CPS Pharmacy on behalf of my medicare plan regarding medications I'm taking. I asked why SHE was calling since she is not with my pharmacy. She just kept saying she was calling on behalf of my medicare insurance company which they are contracted with and she just needed to ask me a few questions. I asked her what were the questions and she said she could not tell me that until I verified some information! What kind of nonsense is that? I didn't believe it was legit from the beginning but I just wanted to see what she had to say. I told her if my pharmacy had questions they would be calling me, not CPS (which I'm sure doesn't even exist!) I am so sick of scammers. There are far too many people who trust that these are legitimate calls and give out personal information which is a shame. Everyone needs to be informed to never give out personal information on a call they did not initiate!
Just confirmed with my medical insurer - do not give them any personal information.
Their 'come-on' is an 'offer' to do a "medication review". Pure bullshit.
