Pretext call trying to get private information. Very persistent to the point of harrasment.

i think this may be a pretext call. very persistent to the point of harassment. submit a scam report

I have recieved 15 calls since 1:30 PM central time yesterday. I know this is a scam caller because I have had a recent rash of the man with a HEAVY indian accent threating to have me arrested and freeze my social number. In the past this caller has stated their is a case against my name and social number due to electronic fraud and is in r/t a payday loan with cash advance USA-which I have never done business with. Those calls have been coming since mid October. I have filed a police report and they have contacted this man but he refuses to stop calling. Calls now coming from this number as often as every 3-5 min. These people are ruthless, relentless and dangerous yet can't seem to be stopped even by authorities. Word of advice just don't give these guys any info what so ever.

Calls all hours of the day each time claiming to be someone else.

Calls quite frequently. Checked my contacts and thought it might be my bank but what for? I found the last four numbers of my Bank's toll free number ended in 4187 but did not have the prefix of 321. No messages left and these nut cases need to be stopped.

Maybe a linch (sp) squad is needed! No matter what agency (FTC/DNC, FTC directly, FCC, IC3.gov or who ever) you file a complaint against these scum sucking pigs, that won't stop and refuse to stop calling and harassing us, seems to do any good. And with this number, depending on your phone provider, you can't add it too your call screen list because these lowlifes are using a toll free number. I know I have tried and I get a "invalid number entry" message when trying to add this number to my list (my service is A T & T too). :(

I confronted the person on the phone and I told them that I was tracking them down cause they had a lot of scam reports filed on them and the man laugh at me over the phone

he said he's a police officer and wants my private info so a loan company can sue me. I haven't made a loan since I was 19 and is paid off lol.

Call came in at 9 pm
