Caller called yesterday; they failed to leave a message. They changed their number, but failed to change their identity. I will block this number as well.
Multiple calls; have blocked each time they called. They change their number but not their agenda.
Debt collector that intentionally buys bad debt for pennies and then use the tax-payer funded court system to try and intimidate people into paying the original amount. The court system is supposed to be for justice not to support a scam business model. Why do we allow that at public expense? They know the debt is bad when they buy it so they haven't actually lost the money they are trying to recover. The laws that allow public money to support a business based on intentionally buying bad consumer debt are terribly outmoded.

They also are being transferred a debt (contract) that was not legally obtained, with consent or acknowledgement by the actual consumer of goods.
Portfolio Recovery. They buy old debts for pennies on the dollar and try to collect. They use this and dozens of other phone numbers to harass you. The only way to stop the calls is to send them a written cease and desist letter. Hopefully they will follow the law after you send it.
