Called about health insurance. Not a pleasant person on the other end at all. Demanded my personal information BEFORE she could tell me why she was calling. She got very upset and yelled when I suggested this might be a scam call. She implied I needed their services or else I could never get health insurance at retirement. No personal info given and call was terminated.

This is not a scam. The caller is Via benefits-One Exchange. They offer health Insurance-Medicare Advantage through your employer. Many times checking to see if you are satisfied with your insurance pick. Asking you if you have any questions or concerns.

Not spam. Via Benefits for employer provided insurance. Their automated system does not appear to wait for an answering machine message to finish so the company name is not recorded.
