Forgot my payment good thing it reminded me ..I thought it was a prank since no one spoke but then I didn’t either so I don’t know what’s the reason

I too have been plagued by this Sears Citibank call, sometimes from this number, sometimes from another number. I am not delinquent, do not owe anything to Sears, and continue to receive this annoying call maybe once every day, for about 2 weeks now. I am so fed up!

I have been receiving telephone call from thus number continually, another one today along with a letter from Citi Bank -- I contacted Sears again on Friday about the maintenance agreement that I cancelled in May 2019, after I received my copy of the agreement -- they said I "did not owe any late fees", I asked the person who I was speaking too to tell the Supervisor about these calls. I will call again on Monday, see if they contacted Citi Bank -- they want me to pay late fees now it is 76 + 35 -- who gets this money? Yes, they called today -- I wasn't pleasant - they hung up. I will not be filing a Complaint with FTC -- I have so many complaints with the FTC -- I wish they would do something, return money to the American people who have been scammed. They don't give their names.

I forgot my monthly payment to Sears and this was Sears Credit Card Services calling from this number. I was able to speak with representative and call was not a scam.
