This is NOT spam. Although the caller ID said it was from a city in China it is Humana Insurance (Medicare in my case) calling. I have received these calls before. My calls have been that a referral had been approved. The recorded voice ask if this is (My Name) I answered yes. The recorded voice told me my referral had been approved.
In the past I have advised their Customer Service about the caller ID saying China and they did not know why.

Recording informing me that the doctor's appointment yesterday was/is not covered by my plan, it was a follow up oncology appointment. The call was at 9:03am and to call customer service. The recording did not repeat the phone number.

this call is from the humana mail order pharmacy. probably to advise of a medication that needs to be shipped or has just been shipped.
No message left-if important would do so
